As part of our corporate services, we carry out the process of establishing a company and transforming companies, such as a limited liability company into a limited partnership or a sole proprietorship into a commercial company. We also advise, based on a discussion with the client, which business model is most advantageous in a given case from the point of view of optimizing business costs and limiting the client’s liability and risk for business liabilities.
