We represent clients in disputes with lenders, and in particular in cases involving reimbursement of loan costs in connection with early repayment, as well as in cases where provisions of loan agreements are declared invalid. We assist clients at the pre-court stage, as well as in court. The firm has won court cases with PROFI CREDIT, PROVIDENT, LOAN ME, BOCIAN EVEREST FINANSE and other lenders, among others. Our services also include providing legal support to individuals facing collection proceedings, court or bailiff proceedings. Most often, this involves the preparation of an objection to a payment order in writ of payment proceedings and the further handling of the court case aimed at protecting the client’s interests as fully as possible. At the stage of enforcement proceedings, activities consist of complaining about the actions of bailiffs, filing a counter-enforcement action in the case of unwarranted enforcement, or requesting and challenging an enforcement order that was previously served on the debtor. In cooperation with a restructuring consultant, we help clients prepare for and go through the consumer bankruptcy procedure.
