ADMINISTRATIVE CASES

The firm represents clients in administrative proceedings before state and local government administrative authorities, in particular in cases of issuance of construction permits, decisions on the conditions of development and land use, environmental matters, water law and related to obtaining permits, licenses or other decisions required by administrative law.

We prepare appeals against admisnitrative decisions on behalf of clients.  We also appear on behalf of clients before administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
