INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation “RODO”), we would like to inform you about the principles of processing your personal data and your rights related thereto.

  1. Personal data administrator
    The administrator of your personal data is: Brudło Jagustyn Kancelaria Radców Prawnych sp. j. with its registered office in Nowy Tomyśl, 1 Norwida Street, 63-400 Nowy Tomyśl (hereinafter “Administrator”).

  1. Recipients of data and entities to whom processing is entrusted
    The Administrator may make your personal data available to entities providing or maintaining the Administrator’s IT infrastructure, entities and persons providing legal services to the Administrator, and other entities to whom the Administrator has entrusted personal data in order to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the concluded civil law contracts (processors), as well as authorities entitled to receive personal data under the law.
  2. Purposes and grounds for processing
    The controller collects data for designated legitimate purposes, processes them lawfully and does not subject them to further processing incompatible with those purposes. Data are collected only to the extent that is adequate, necessary and necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.The Administrator does not process special categories of data. The Administrator makes every effort to protect data from unauthorized access by third parties, and in this regard applies high-level organizational and technical security measures. The Administrator does not make the data available to any unauthorized recipients in accordance with the mandatory legal regulations in this regard.As Administrator, we will process your data:
  • for the purpose of receiving and processing your contact inquiry and responding to it (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  • in order to present an offer and conclude a sales contract for the products offered by the Administrator – if the inquiry sent via the form included a request for an offer (basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
  • for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims being the realization of
    our legitimate interest in doing so (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
  1. Categories of data processed
    The data controller will process the following categories of personal data: contact information (name, phone number, email address).
  2. Data storage period
    Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you have given your consent, i.e. until the end of the correspondence initiated by the message sent via the form. The period of personal data processing may be extended by the period of the statute of limitations for claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for the Administrator to assert or defend against possible claims.
  3. Rights of data subjects
    In accordance with the RODO, you have:
  • The right to access your data and receive a copy of it;
  • The right to request rectification (amendment) of your data;
  • The right to request erasure of your data, if there are no grounds for the Data Controller to
    to process your data;
  • The right to request restriction of data processing;
  • The right to data portability, i.e. to receive your personal data from the Administrator, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format;
  • The right to object to the processing of your personal data;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

In order to exercise the rights set forth in (a) – (f) above, please contact the Data Controller whose contact details are indicated above.

  1. Information on the requirement/voluntariness of providing data 

Where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, the provision of personal data to the Administrator is voluntary.

  1. Automated decision-making
    The Administrator, on the basis of the data received from the form, does not make decisions based on automated processing of personal data, including profiling, with legal consequences for the data subject.
  2. Automatic data collection, “cookies” files
    When you use the www.brudlojagustyn.pl website, your personal data may be collected automatically when you use the website (IP address, browser type, browser language, device data, operating system type, “cookies”).

Information collected by automatic means is used for the following purposes:

  1. to provide certain services to the user,
  2. administering servers and service,
  3. to provide security and protection of data and service,
    for statistical purposes.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  1. facilitating the user’s use of the site by remembering individual settings,
  2. creating statistics of the Service, which will allow to learn about the expectations of users and the development of the Service.

You may configure your Internet browser to completely or partially disable the storage of “cookies” on your terminal device. However, disabling the storage of “cookies” may result in some features of the Service not working properly.

When you use the site, some of your data may be automatically collected and processed by third-party tools we use, such as Google Analytics, which operates on the basis of its own “cookies.”
