We assist our clients in matters relating to their children – parental authority, child domicile, child contact (as well as contact of grandparents and other relatives with children) and child support. We prepare clients in advance of court hearings and provide the necessary guidance on the course of examination by an expert witness. Together with our clients, on the basis of the information they provide, we determine the realistic amount of alimony possible before the court. On behalf of our clients, we also refer enforcement requests to the bailiff. We work with a mediator on the possibility of settling child-related disputes, including child support cases.
